An Engineer (female) who can do a double jump and has a falcon like drone which she can send off to repair/plant c4/defuse at the same rate as an non-engineer with mechanic.

First thing that popped in my mind when I heard the Falcon concept. :slight_smile:
Bloodwing required lots of points spent to be useful, but he was cool enough.

I think a drone with certain amount of health, which you can control, would fit contaminated London more though. Chopping bad guys with some sick blades…

Only thing I could really see as a power would be like the jet-pack slam attack from Space Marine. Engage ability to perform a devastating ground area of affect attack.

Obviously you can’t allow jet packs, that would break maps.

My Falcon Concept:

Mid Range Assault, most similar to Nader.

Falcon’s Abilities derive from a wrist launched drone that will quickly clean up for Falcon in combat and defend Falcon when he is down.

Q: Bird of Prey: Falcon’s wrist launcher arcs his drone to target location. When the drone reaches the location it circles head height and attacks all enemies in range including downed enemies. (Ability most effective for securing kills, especially when enemies are behind cover or through a door way, damage acts like a quick knife attack killing any downed targets)

Upon knock-down: Drone circles Falcon, attacking the first enemy to come within range. (only lasts for the duration of knock-down or until it attacks an enemy, acts like a heavy knife hit)

Upon Gib: When an enemy finishes Falcon, or get the majority of the finish xp, Falcon’s Drone marks them until Falcon respawns or they take damage from Falcon’s teammates.

I like the idea of giving a merc like a “boost” ability do they can go cover to cover quickly.

Make it like red eyes goggles where you can use it until you use it fully, then have to wait for cool down. I’d love to be able to shoot across chapels road at 500 speed xD maybe Falcon would be that guy…

Yeah, exactly - boost. I thought that I’d be good for a merc with this name, to have such ability. Once in 10-12 seconds you can perform a fast-jump in a straight line forward. But in order to make this ability useful to the team, I think it needs something more. And here’s my idea - interruption. Imagine merc, that charges through enemies, interrupting their abilities. This would become especially handy against engies. Small Proxy is planting a c4, covered by her big teammates - it’d be hard to kill them before she finishes planting, but this is not a problem for the mighty Falcon! He literally jumps through them, and Proxy’s action is interrupted, so she has to start planting from the beginning. If we add some delay (for example 2 seconds) before you can use your ability again after being affected by Falcon, this becomes even more useful. I’d love to see the faces o all those Rhinos camping in the carriage, who can’t use their minigun for next 2 seconds.
