Clearly you missed the point. The score is irrelevent. I could care less if you gave a 1/10. The point is, you clearly think that there is a significant room for improvement, but fail to provide any meaningful feedback commentary on what you think could be done to improve the map. IMO, that puts the comment on the same ‘helpfulness scale’ as ‘sucks’, ‘crappy’, ‘blah’, which is what mappers are always complaining about wrt to the comp community. Honestly, ‘fun’ and ‘great’ provide as little feedback but at least indicates the person is enjoying the map, which is useful in itself.
just add a bit more, its not very big for an ET map
also the first arena kills my eyes by looking at it, make it a little darker, why done the tanks have turrets
add some more arenas to make things better, its a bit too small for an ET map
This is your opinion ofcourse. Though have a look at mp_sillyctf and et_headshot, they are both dueling arenas (well sillyctf is sort of) and are both smaller then this map. So this is actually kind of big for this kind of map.

About the brightness, There is a mature palm tree growing in the middle of one of the areas. I believe the brightness matches the setting.

you obviously put alot of work into it, it looks a bit silly without turrets on the tanks, maybe put a turret onto one of the tanks or a giant sign that says THE TURRET IS NOT MEANT TO BE ON THE TANK!

Nice 1 Ifurita. This will definitely be played at our next LAN for warmup and fun comps. I know that we always appreciate original ideas like this in ET. Nice selection of arenas. Haven’t played enough to find any bugs that haven’t already been mentioned.
Who needs MGs in a duelling map, lol?! OK, maybe a noob like me… 
But they’d definitely ruin the point of the maps methinks.

I noticed when playing that when we readyed up, the walls went up on both sides. Once a person died, they could no longer get back in the arena to play some more until the other person killed themselves. I guess this is intended to make everything reset after one round?
Correct. This is to prevent people from getting into the arena mid dual, and since there are health and ammo facilities inside, it forces people to come out and restart in an equal position
Infurita, I got the team on to the map last night all in all about 12 guys. It was a mess of disorganization because of the size. We set it so that it would be 2 entering from both sides for each arena entrance. I noticed that you signed on towards the end and sorry that you missed it but we had to move on to another map because of practice time limitations.
The textures are all fine, light levels are good, i didnt see any of the problems that other people had. It is a fine and exellent map. I must admit I was a bit angered at seeing some of the ideas you had because I actually thought up those ideas that you had in my map called TITA which I designed and a friend made. It has the holding cell and instead of an activation button to enter, it has an automatice timer. Every 10 seconds exactly the door opens and closes. This gives you time to frag and have protection while the winner replenishes their ammo. In your map, the winner of the previous ammo has no method for replenishment. Please check out my TITA map on my server and many other servers that use practice maps. You may find some of TITA’s ideas useful. Overall your map is excellent but definitely for smaller amounts of people. And need a way to replenish.
