That thing is probably holding terabytes of data. Only reason I can see that justifies the size of it. Or maybe it contains small-scale holodrives. Hmmm…

For the creep part though:
Proxy, who obviously hid it inside the big container and told the CDA that it was very important to stop the Jackals as long as they don’t look inside container.
