This will never be in the game for the simple fact it could be called pay to win. The ability to chose your own augments AND weapons will be game breaking.
Fletcher with the empire 9 and a perk that gives me 100% extra damage, so i do 18 damage to the body, and a perk that gives me 100% more rpm, so i melt people, and chopper, with the katana

with other stuff: M4/Stark AR/Crotzni/Timik, Caulden, Beckhill, Drilled + Double Time + Undercover
with new (kinda balanced) stuff: M4/Stark AR/Crotzni/Timik, Caulden, Beckhill, Drilled + Focusfire (reduces time to call down laser by 40%) + Undercover/Double Time/Gotta go Fast!(increases sprint(!) speed by 20%)
Redeye: Granduer, M9, combat knife with extra supplies, unshakable and some version of lock-on for his eye because it needs to spot faster god damn it.
Fragger: K-121, M9, combat knife with explody, unshakable and spares
Arty: Stark, M9, combat knife with drilled, unshakable and explody
Kira…same as Arty.
Really the M9, combat knife and unshakable are always welcome in any build.
My attempt at Phantom
KeK, M9 and katana with undercover, quick slash and drilled. Mainly meant for jumping people but having an “oh sh*t” katana slash never hurts.
