… i do wanna participate in the contest though… but there isnt a deadline for when it HAS 2 b finished (i might mis-read it)
i dont really agree on sending the .map file (i dont mind if they r being released so any1 can use them)… id rather load it up ingame and make some screenies…

It’s not a picture contest

Those prefabs WILL be available for download and as such, will be submitted as .map or maybe .ase or even md3. That, we will decide when people post here.

I’d suggest you start working on it then, you’ll have a head start since we don’t even know if the contest will really happen anyway.

Alright, the contest will happen. I’ll organize it with two other peeps, being Mr Tickles and LaggingTom, they’ll help me set up ruling, general stuff and judging. Don’t ask when it’ll start 'cause I don’t know yet but it shouldn’t be very long. I’d guess June 11th but it’s not set in stone, it could even be earlier.

I’ll start a new thread about it when we’re ready. As of now, I’ll be hosting the files though that might change depending on traffic. Also, I don’t know if there will be a need for that but if anyone would like to be a mirror, PM me. Red*UK offered to host so I imagine he’d be willing to mirror the files…

So that’s it. If you have questions or any thing about the contest, PM me. (I’ll make an announcement on my website too)
