Surely the colour palette will be very limited. i.e. red, yellow and orange for resistance. I certainly hope so.

Yes, but still, there is a lot more than 3 color choices by cloth.

You can see right there in the OP what kind of range you have for Security. You don’t really even have to guess.

Why ?

one clan will be security, one will be resistance, not too hard to figure out who’s who

I think I can distinguish between red and blue faster and more accurately than between security and resistance clothing.

SD already takes care of this with limited colors for each faction but if every player from a clan wears the same outfit it would be even clearer.

Also, if you set up a match with people from different clans working together, it would be nice to have an easy way to tell who’s in which clan.

I don’t think it’s necessary, but it would help.

The reasons why this is never done because it allows so many more awful things than good things. Number one is obscenities. Number two, which bothers me the most, are inept “graphic artists” who “installed photoshop” and create the most horrible designs/images. It is better when things are left to the confines of the game because those elements are directly controlled by more competent artists.

So what things will have colour customization? Clothes obviously. But what about the guns? I think it would be neat if engineers could customize their turrets colours.

I think im gonna spend so much time just customizing my characters. I remember how long i used to spend on rainbow six vegas customizing my characters looks. :smiley:
