What’s the argument for any other card? If you don’t have C94, you may as well not have Phantom lol.

Why would anyone gimp himself with a Loadoutcard that has the blishlok, .357-revolver and the combat knife, while there’s a loadout with the Kek10, S&W .40 and the Katana AND undercover+20%ability AND Chopper?

How come the DEVs made a loadout that has nearly no downsides for such a Merc?
