A source on the Nexon forums told me it can take minutes before the launcher is done verifying. So be patient I guess.

I also have no access to the forums but I was finally able to submit a ticket to nexon and they are working on it right now, I would suggest u submit a ticket in the support section on nexon… It’s used a lot

We send them out in waves, as people migrate. You should receive one in the next wave if you’ve recently migrated.
