Would be nice if they could use Steam to trace the hack account to the steam email, then ban all steam accounts using that email. At least that will add another step of annoyance to someone as they will have to keep getting new gmail accounts.
Changes to Anti-Hack Policies – Zero Tolerance
I was under the impression you needed a new email for each new steam account. I’d be very surprised if that wasn’t the case.
would be nice if hackers get banned faster when reporting them… not everyone has some Splash Damage guys as a friend on Steam who can Ban People in Minutes…
also Hardware Ban these shitheads or charge 20 bucks again…

Hardware and IP bans are easily avoidable.
I ddint saw any hacker in my last 20 comp matches.THis cant be luck anymore. Something happened. So i am really enjoying this game right now.
Played 5 Matches. In 3 of them player with some Multihack which is able to do as follow :
-invisble
-aimbot
-superspeed
-Damage multiplier
-instakillz without firing
the last match i enabled shadowplay to record it.
Here the Report :
Player Name : DELETED (Steamprofile + in game screenshot)
Short clip i recorded and uploaded on YT (best part 0:46-0:50 instakill)
Link : DELETED
You shouldn’t post any names: there is a no name no shame policy on these forums.
But I wonder where the fun is in those kind of hacks? You’re basically removing all gameplay…
@Bu5hmast3r Please report any cheaters directly to Nexon Support. There is a strict no naming and shaming rule on these forums and this is definitely not a place to report users.
Thank you for trying to keep the game clean!
Why is there a no-name, no-shame policy on something that’s clearly cheating and a cheater? This type of policy enables cheaters, it doesn’t help the community. Now I don’t know who to avoid. If I were recruiting a clan member, I don’t know if there’s a history or not. The guy probably hasn’t been VAC banned yet, so others are probably exposed. What is the rationale behind not advertising who the cheaters are?

The no name no shame policy is mainly there for protecting those that are falsely accused. Exactly in the situation where you would want to accept someone into your clan, a person who would have been falsely accused would have a much tougher time to join. Although he was just genuinely good.
EDIT: I know it sucks, but as you say, blatant cheaters speak for themselves. You’d accept them in your clan and would immediately kick them after. While the harm done to undeserving people is much harder to wash off.
Naming and shaming players promotes negativity in the community. People will chime in and argue, and it only results in a lot of hate and negative behavior.
Simply posting an accusation, even with evidence, means you have a lot of unregulated finger-pointing going on. If you play FPS, you know how much any game is riddled with people who see hacks around every corner. Bringing that to the forums can’t possibly be anyone’s idea of positive community interaction.
And unless it’s confirmed by a GM, that’s all it is – an accusation. GMs are the only official source in this game that can declare someone to be cheating. Instead of having to search through the forums, it is best the evidence is sent to them via the ticket system, where those of us who value fair play have the best chance of having those cheaters removed from the game.
And let’s face it – some people believe everything they read. If I posted saying I saw you cheating in game and you had a really good score and look – your name proves you’re hacking, there are people who would believe it.
It’s got to be an all-or-nothing type policy. It’s really for the best.
Issue is that it’s not black and white so having a hard line policy doesn’t do anything but help cheaters. When a person admits to cheating and uses blatant cheats, you have the video evidence to prove it and you can post it. I’ve been accused of cheating numerous times, but I’ve never cheated. I took it as a compliment and moved on. Sure, I had to submit a video or two in my time to prove I wasn’t a cheater. Again, no biggie because I knew how disruptive real cheating can be. However, I’m not talking about the questionable cheats. I’m talking about a guy that says “If you kill me one more time, I’m turning on my aimbot”, then gets killed and everybody on the server instantly dies. If you’ve got a video of that happening, why would ANYBODY want to save that person some shame? And when they ban someone, those bans aren’t even made public anywhere. Why? Who is that serving?
@Yackamov What seems simple to you isn’t simple for everybody else. Plenty of people have actually been harmed by false hackusations in the past.
These forums are not here to promote negativity and the people who can enact bans are not the people who moderate this forums(Amerika, CC_Fang and myself). The people who can do that are the GMs with Nexon Support.
There is also the point that the videos promote cheating, as the hack users and generally quite proud of themselves. It isn’t shame to them, it is praise because they made somebody mad enough to post about it. It breeds a cycle of flaming. We won’t have that here.
Now, the naming and shaming rule will not be changing anytime soon.
Thread will be closed since you’re breaking the rules.
EDIT: Damn Ardez, you fast.

Hello
Today at 17:10 i was playing DB and have meet hacker. not unusual, right?
He was absolutly epic, hiding nothing instead he admit that he`s cheating. proof DELETED
Ticket was submitted ofcourse.
The point of discussion.
Attack team including me was asking to kick him, opposite team wasn`t care about and trying thru scoreboard start votekick wasnt giving any results. till the end everyone was playing even thouse who complain about it.
Its not 1-st time that i`ve met such “great” players to play with/against. And i guess this most huge factor that gives hacker freedom.
Think about it.
P.S. my poor english, sorry.
Understood about policy. so no discuss.
Btw. in submitting ticket “The upload took too long, connection was lost.” thas why link has been added in my prev. message.
The system is still new, it’s got problems but I’d say within two weeks it’ll be sparkling with new code and fixes, so shiny it’ll blind the hackers and drive them off like vampires(Real vampires not that Twilight shit).
We have wonderful developers working on these issues, and in the meantime we have incredible admins like @MissMurder helping crack down on these individuals. Give it time, and I think we’ll see a bright new game by the end of 2015. All we can do now is show our support for this amazing game and do our part to bring these people to justice(WITHOUT naming and shaming on forums, lots of people tend to forget that).
