It was really horrible job. It took me a few dozen of hours to make those sounds. I used those vids as a base, recorded it, and basicly nothing of it is left. It’s like completely re-recorded. But it came out good and it’s scriptable too. One short loop can be easy to make from a perfect sound tho but I doubt it. You can use these sounds if you want to.

@Scary I have absolutely no idea. There is not much on the todo list yet.

Great map, indeed. Still would like to test the gameplay but I supose the hard work is done and now its just a matter of details. But still important work cause the secret is in the details.

And I dont fall down throw any floor.

Is their anyway we can get source file for this map? We would like to do some changes so that it’s not always front to front combat and may be add side ways too?

If teams are unbalanced then this map becomes nightmare. Just want to add new ways to get objective. Map is great.

Pegazus’ account here is not currently working so:

After Capuzzo we could not saddle down for some reason. We are now working on different things, but we are still working closely helping each other out. Things are changing quickly and we are not sure what is ahead of us in the future.

also couldn’t you send a mail to the hot.ee company and ask if you can get a window to get your stuff back?

like a few days or a week then they lock your account again. Bit stupid that they didn’t give you a warning first :S

Thanks. :slight_smile: Yes I will keep posted. I haven’t done any map changes before but I really liked your map. It has front to front, short to long range combat.

The only tweaks it needs is some spawn point changes and 1 more way to get the tank going.

Also, if you need any help with bug tracker or file hosting I can provide it till I have money to keep my website. :slight_smile:

Hello. Is anybody aware if there is a new updated version of this map planned or ever was? We like the map on our server but there are a few known issues on it: such as unexpected lag, plane getting stuck and message transmitting issues. Would be great if these issues were fixed.

I noticed that the websites of the authors of this map are down so does anybody have more info about it? We would love to keep the map on our server.

We once or twice started making a final version, but it was dropped quickly for not being worth it as we did not have too much to change (other than visually). We are not aware of any bugs that would matter, even after hundreds of testing hours.

Pardon. I should have gone more into detail.

By unexpected lag I mean the FPS drops dramatically, especially at the Airport area. Our server manages quite a lot of players and many of them have noted us about serious FPS issues.

The plane getting stuck is however another story. If the plane gets damaged while landing it won’t activate the damaged status of the plane. It’s very rare however but when it happens the map is pretty much over for the attackers as there is no way to win the game.

Transmitting issue is the difficulty of hitting the button to send or disable the message. It’s quite frustrating when the defending side manages to reach to the radio in time but still loses because the button did not work.
