Can only see 1 person worried really at the moment, and having it disabled by default with the option to enable it should satisfy all.

As long as there’s a client side cvar for it, I’m fine; I have no moral issues with blood, gibs, gore, etc., but I like all of the “fancy” stuff turned off, especially since my PC is starting to age.
