Because if the beta works on the console, the PC port would be good enough.
Just kidding,
I know its being developed seperatly. right?..

How were the people on the PS3 chosen I wonder… I would much prefer a PC beta but I have a PS3 so if there is a criteria to get hold of a beta key let us know
Oh man I am a PS3 gamer too… glad there is a beta, this means brink wont be a buggy mess like black ops on the ps3. I am curious as to how they chose people to invite for this
“The private beta is for technical testing purposes only and not for gameplay evaluation.”
^^ gief! i wanna see if ms is finally fixed. and if not, i wanna bitch about it

THis does in fact imply that PS3 is the most troublesome platform. PC gamers rejoice
We’ll rejoice when they release a private beta is for technical testing purposes only and not for gameplay evaluation for the PC.
And when most of you don’t get on it you’ll cry.
:stroggtapir:
What exactly does a technical beta aid when done on a singular hardware platform?
Betas suck, they’re full of bugs. I’ll wait for retail
:stroggtapir:
True, but it’s fun to watch the ‘pros’ and the ‘fansites’ contest why they should all be beta testers.
Question still stands. If a console is a single configuration of hardware, how does a technical beta aid development? All I can think of is testing networking type stuff.
There is no point in that anyway, everyone know I’ll be the only one having a beta…
Peace
He’s confused. I don’t have any of these:
