They don’t have to be instant, but he shouldn’t flinch with the Pointer out. Flinching is what screws up the aiming because it’s so sensitive.

The 3 round burst should do more DMG IMO. I’ve laced people up with arty but it takes so long, he’s a great class but needs improvements for sure

Burst weapons already deal 45 (15 x 3) damage if all the bullets hit the target, 90 if you manage to put all the bullets in someone’s head (One shot Proxy, Aura and Kira) and their DPS is already above average. Those guns are already extremely powerful if you can aim. They do not need a buff of any kind.

Primary weapon Wise, I don’t see an issue; I pick the BR-16 over the Dreiss and Striker, but I’ve come to be more familiar with it since Skyhammer has it as one of his loadouts.

Pistol Wise, Nothing I can really say as I hardly use characters using smaller pistols, but they do feel comfortable to quickly finish off players that have taken damage from his primary.

What everyone points out is his airstrike ability, first that very unresponsive and not just the fact that taking any form of damage resets it, that does seem to be its down side since its mean to be for long range attacks, but the way the marker is just completely bipolar on what is a good spot and what is isn’t at times.

the way the ability itself could be changed slightly in a way to make it a bit more effective both in raw damage and area denial.

Have everytime Arty calls a Salvo that its a salvo of 5 Shells coming down onto the marked area at different intervals, see it like a skyhammer ability, but less explosives and all sent to a single area, giving him the area denial people say he was meant to offer.

Arty marks an area, multiple shells hit the marked area, all aiming for the circle he has set, verrying slightly off center and coming down at small intervals.

I still think his ability needs a zoom function. At long range on a parallel surface you’re required to align your cursor in a gap several pixels high in order to position the artillery correctly. Finicky doesn’t even begin to describe it.

If you press the number 4 you can actually zoom a little, but it isn’t much.

Instead of his little laser marker, Arty should get a personal howitzer or something, where he arcs a big explosion at whatever he points at.
