You throw the grenade, it does a proximity scan, if it is indoors 4 grenades sent via underground tunnels pop through the ground, (in random areas roughly centered around the nade) or a mortar strike comes down.

Yes! You could call it indoor special vampire/mortar bomb and make it shoot sprinkles, as long as it works! Make it function as vampire strikes from etqw.

I believe Wolfenstein2009 had that ‘feature’ (including the sparkles).
