omg… just had a look at my bios… it said only 128 mb for the gfx-card (but there r 256 on it). Changing that didnt give any performance boost. AGP speed was set to 8x/auto which seems to be right for the card.
And then I read teh min sys specs for my card… Win XP… and I only run W2K (for safety reasons)… can the wrong OS actually make my card perform like crap? (Its an HIS iceq2 x800Pro with 256 mb)

Drivers for 2k and XP are usually the same. I don’t think that the O/S makes a big difference. What about the fps on the stock maps when you use the same config? Even on radar you should get much better fps with highest details and your system specs.

I forgot to mention that that screenshot was taken with no AA or AF. Those things tend to kill performance on my card, but your card should handle them much better.
If you have them enabled try disabling them to see if you gain anything.

Anyway…at this point you should try to figure out if it’s indeed your system that’s the problem, or if it’s something with that particular map.
As Shaderman suggested try posting some screens from stock maps for comparisons, or even that same screenshot i posted.
Also try running some benchmarks like 3dmark03 or 3dmark05, because it could also be something with your system and ET.

ok… well… is it sad to say i had my gfx card for like 14 months now and it never ran AGP at all?
Cuz the VIA chipset on the motherboard didnt let it run… AGP was disabled… and I never updated the VIA chipset drivers…

Now i get 78 FPS where once was like 28. Everything fine.

How can I disable AA and AF though? I didn’t find a “disable” checkbox so far…

I use the search more then anyone (gotta love 28.8k connection !)
