A youtube video that points out all the missing instruction information

If you want to say it’s in the videos, then explain what video it’s in, and where in the video you got that information.

I mean you shouldn’t have a problem right pointing this information out if it really does exist.

Everyone is so quick to contradict, but yet not one of you can provide facts.

Interesting.
You said in the video:
"There is nothing in any video that states how to exactly select your objective, how to know what your objective is, or where to go to get it. "

From 2:15 of Get Smart: The Basics (which I believe should be in the Dossier):

“View objectives by pressing and holding up to display the objective wheel. Make your choice, and release up to set it as your active objective, highlighting it in the world.”

(At this point, the destination icon appears on the HUD, telling the player where to go.)

What is the complaint here? Because the UI is actually one of the things I really like about this game. Everyone complained about it but I really like it. Map and all, very easy to understand and very handy.
I found this and thought this was perfect because it’s what I was pissing and moaning about that people here don’t understand… Looks like I’m not the only one who is complaining about this.

Oh man I hope you’re not serious in using this guy as an example, have you watched any of his other videos? Try “DOSBOX FAIL”, where he confuses colons with periods and backslashes with forward slashes. Or maybe “Gamefaqs Forum Reply”, where he explains how it took him a whole day to get past the first 15 minutes of Mass Effect 2 (yes, the tutorial section) because he outright refuses to read a manual or look anything up using Google.

“I outright refuse to figure anything out on that screen because the game is supposed to be telling me how to do that.” - That’s a direct quote of him regarding the tutorial of Mass Effect 2. I’d love to see this guy trying to play a game that’s actually hard, like Dwarf Fortress or King’s Quest.

People like this are the reason that mainstream games are generally shallow and unsatisfying these days, because the bar for accessibility has been set so low it undermines other aspects of the game.

Lol, everything he complains about is explained in the tutorials.
I love how all of you responding keep talking out your ass.

Instead of talking out your ass, why don’t you do what that person mentioned in the video he created:

If you want to say it’s in the videos, then explain what video it’s in, and where in the video you got that information.

I mean you shouldn’t have a problem right pointing this information out if it really does exist.

*Idk what your problem is, rtfm.

A: Nope, Brink has a radar not a minimap.

Do us a favour and remove the pointless feedback about “non existing information” on yt.

(Jess Alon) #27

This guy sounds like Rick Moranis and Jeff Goldblum had a whiny lovechild with zero comprehension of anything.

He sucks.

(McAfee) #28

Guys, he already said he doesn’t (and will not) read manuals or watch training videos. But yet he wants things explaining to him. But not by someone of the community. By the devs… TROLL!

(Jess Alon) #29

I guess he’s complaining that the screen isn’t littered with a million OTHER prompts and tips and directions in addition to the myriad of information. Or his video is for comic effect. Effectively. Yes. Trollin.
Umm that isn’t me…

And unless you watch all of it then you cannot make any form of judgement about it.

And it’s easy to tell people’s replies that seriously have no clue about how things are supposed to work.
Just like to point out to everyone that if you check both this guys profile and the youtube profile both ages are set to 31, coincidence? They are both the same person and the guy in the video is saying the exact same **** as you with the voice I imagined you’d have. You’re really not fooling anyone and no one cares about your issues. Just because you’re too retarded to get past the opening hack section from Mass Effect 2 does not mean everyone else is

(BiigDaddyDellta) #31

wow… you’re a total baby.
