the only thing that annoys me is this jump in firefight of some shotgunplayers.
maybe i must first get used to it 
A more dynamic shotgun
Shotguns - argh… I loved the shotguns in Q2/3 (as a short-range finishing weapon, or a quad-whore rampage) but they’re too powerful - if someone gets near you with one there’s no way to avoid the instakill - even kiting doesn’t work very often. I’d say 60-70% of my deaths are due to shOPguns (prove me wrong ECHO ;))
Have to say, 9 times out of 10 I despise shotguns in shooters. I don’t see a reason for improving their range, after all, the best tactic for killing a shotgunner is keeping your distance, I don’t think that should be taken away from any game.
Anyway, isn’t it a bit of a nonsensical mechanic? The spread of a shotgun is down to the gun itself not how you hold it, so “bracing” shouldn’t affect the spread at all, just the kick. And yes, I know the same can be said for ironsights and crouching but at least they have a drawback.

still in reality you can shoot a bird easy on 100 meter with a shotgun
