And now instead of: “playing Dirty Bomb cause of frustrations around” it is “frustrating because Dirty Bomb”… Whats the point of playing there is my question?
Making people feel bad because they did worse than Arty in every way possible?

Same shit here. Couldn’t get any CW event cases. I actually couldn’t even get any CW card at all, while my friends all got at least two of them.
Either I spent all of my karma while farming Starbound, or there’s a mighty being that does not like me that much.
Sounds like you got your priorities all wrong, and SD/Nexon never promised everyone would get one, you knew the risk yadda yadda yadda. Not defending there practices but “you might be one of the lucky few” says it all.

The lack of community driven servers completely kills any fun this game can offer because when I’m stuck with 11 other nameless idiots who don’t know the first thing about spawn timers, teamwork, or abilities my enjoyment of this game plummets. Why we don’t have these servers is beyond me, as communities extend the lifespan of a game and create better players in the long run.
This event has really driven this home for me, having been grinding through games all day for a chance at the CW cards. Every game is the exact same, where I go Engi/Medic and carry the team while they stare at a fucking wall for 5 minutes or camp in a corner somewhere.

Yeah, that’s also my only real complaint with Dirty Bomb, not that there is RNG, but that there is such a high level of RNG, and that RNG still exists even if you pay real money.

I don’t think it’s garbage, I got the Fletcher I wanted for 35k instead of 50k, and also earned double credits and got some Bronze/Silvers from the free cases to use for trading up. I am perfectly happy with the event even though I only got 1 CW card for the whole month this weekend, and it was one I don’t want to use due to the loadout.
I even got a Cobalt from one of the free cases, although that one is for a Merc I don’t use, and a bad loadout for that Merc also. Just because the CW skins aren’t flowing like a river into your account doesn’t make all the other good things about the event invalid.

I got the best CW loadout for my most played merc but I still think the level of RNG is mind-boggling.
