It ain’t confirmed yet.
Plus I remember them saying that although the complaints by the charts it seems phantom is doing well, I myself was able to phantom top score 2 times when he was on free rotation with the default.
He isn’t underpowered just learn how to use him effectively.

Thanks for making this round up again faraleth, I was unable to watch the twitch somehow. Am i right that the channel is twitch.tv/dirtybomb at 7PM GMT? Correct me if i’m wrong pls :). Yet the screenshot shows that the next merc mighht eventually be stoker, quite a lot of hints direct to stoker.
